3. Online shop & product purchases
3.1 Our online shop is powered by WooCommerce (or similar). By placing an order, you are offering to purchase products on and subject to these Terms.
3.2 All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We may refuse an order, for example if:
- the product is out of stock
- there is an error in pricing or description
- we suspect fraudulent activity
3.3 Prices & payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
- We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.
- Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment provider(s).

3.5 Risk & ownership

3.6 Consumer rights & returns (online products)

You cannot return:

If you wish to cancel or return a qualifying product:

4.1 Consultation & suitability
- All aesthetic and skincare treatments are subject to consultation and clinical judgement.
- We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if we consider it unsuitable, unsafe, or not in your best interest.
4.2 Medical information
- You must provide accurate, complete information about your health, medications, allergies, and previous treatments.
- Please notify us of any changes at least 24 hours prior to each treatment.
- We are not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from information withheld or inaccurate information given by you.
4.3 Results & expectations
- Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
- Any before-and-after photos or descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only.
4.4 Booking & deposits
- We may require a booking fee or deposit to secure your appointment.

4.5 Cancellations & no-shows

5. Memberships, subscriptions & recurring payments
5.1 Membership overview
We may offer paid membership or subscription plans (e.g. monthly skin memberships, “Glow Club” etc.) which include specific benefits such as treatments, discounts, or access to member-only products (“Membership”).

5.2 Joining a Membership

- We are not responsible for delays or errors arising from third-party labs, courier issues, or failure to follow sample instructions.

7.1 Our treatments, programmes, and advice are not a substitute for medical care or mental health support.
7.2 You are responsible for:
